Kicking Off the New Scale Up Program by Endeavor 🇷🇴

We’re thrilled to announce that LICENSEWARE has been selected to join the prestigious Scale Up Program by Endeavor Romania for its second cohort, and we just attended the kickoff event! 🎉

The energy at the kickoff this week was 🔥! Before the public sessions, we met privately with the other selected teams to share lessons, discuss challenges, and set clear intentions to collaborate, rather than work in isolation.

The program creates a much-needed space for founders navigating the path to exponential growth. We were particularly energized by the insights shared:

• Dan Balaceanu (Co-founder, CPO at Druid AI) highlighted that scaling is “equal parts preparation and continuous learning.”
• Bogdan Nicoară (Alumnus from the first cohort) noted that the program creates space “to be genuinely vulnerable while tackling highly ambitious goals.”
