7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and identifiers) to operate our website and, where you allow it, to personalise content, improve our services and support advertising. You can manage these technologies at any time through our consent tool, which lets you reject all non-essential purposes, accept all of them, or choose individually. You can also select how long your consent remains valid (1, 6 or 12 months). Your choices are recorded together with a consent ID and the date and time of your choice, and we will ask you to renew your consent when the period you selected expires. You can withdraw or change your preferences at any time.
We group these technologies into the following purposes:

They involve anonymous data such as device type, model and operating system, pseudonymous data such as your site browsing preferences, and personal data such as your IP address and location.
- Site Optimization (optional). When enabled, these allow us to analyse how visitors use the site so we can improve our services. They involve anonymous data such as the previously visited website, pseudonymous data such as website activity identifiers, and personal data such as your content, search and purchase history.
- Ad Personalization (optional). When enabled, these allow us to share data with our advertising partners, who may build profiles about you across multiple websites. They involve anonymous data such as affiliate referral links, pseudonymous data such as identifiers used to track and profile users, and personal data such as your age, gender and demographics.
The optional purposes are activated only with your prior consent and remain inactive until you enable them.
