🚀Coming Soon: Contract Intelligence Integrated with LCM

We’re pleased to announce that later this quarter, we will release a major enhancement to our License and Contracts Manager (LCM), integrating our new NEO Contract Intelligence skill.

This new module will allow users to automatically extract, analyze, and assess contracts, streamlining license management and reducing compliance risk across the board.

🔍 What’s Coming in the First Release

The initial rollout of Contract Intelligence within LCM will include:

  • Clause Extraction
Automatically identify key legal and commercial clauses such as audit rights, license scope, renewal terms, and pricing structures.
  • Structured Data Mapping
Extract and populate contract metadata (e.g. product, vendor, entitlement type, renewal dates) into the LCM environment without manual entry.
  • Standardized Risk Assessment
Evaluate each contract against a configurable baseline to highlight deviations, aggressive clauses, or missing protections.

This release ensures that every contract added to LCM can be immediately enriched with actionable insights, allowing stakeholders to manage contracts and risks more effectively.

🤖 What’s Coming After?

In a future update, we will introduce this feature directly into the NEO application for natural language querying, allowing users to interact with contracts in plain English, making it easy to ask questions like:

“Which contracts have uncapped liability?”
“What’s the earliest termination window for our IBM agreements?”

If you’re interested in early access, demonstrations, or roadmap briefings, please contact our team. We’re excited to bring this next step in contract intelligence to life, with more to follow soon.
