LICENSEWARE #6 in “Companies to Watch” in Deloitte Technology Fast 50

We’re excited to share that Licenseware has been officially included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe 2025 report, one of the most respected recognitions for high-growth tech companies in the region. This year, we earned a place among Deloitte’s “Companies to Watch”, an exclusive shortlist of emerging tech innovators with outstanding growth and proprietary technology.

Our Distinction: Ranked #6 Among Deloitte’s Companies to Watch

According to the report (page 22), Licenseware ranked #6 in the 2025 Companies to Watch category, with 331% revenue growth over the evaluation period.

This category highlights early-stage tech companies that:

  • Already demonstrates strong, accelerating revenue growth
  • Operate with proprietary technology
  • Are younger than the four-year threshold required for the main Fast 50 ranking
  • Show exceptional future potential

It’s a curated list of just 10 companies across Central Europe, and we’re one of them.

Why This Recognition Matters

The report makes clear that being featured means meeting rigorous criteria established by Deloitte:

✅ Proprietary technology at the core

The report emphasizes that qualifying companies must generate the majority of revenue through their own IP or proprietary technology (page 7). For us, that’s our modular SAM ecosystem — a clean match. ce-technology-fast-50-report-20…

✅ Verified, audited financial growth

The report confirms all entrants undergo cross-checks against verified financial statements (page 4). Our 331% growth isn’t self-reported hype — it’s validated. ce-technology-fast-50-report-20…

✅ Top regional performers

The average growth rate across Companies to Watch is 1349%, but only the top 10 companies across the entire region make the final cut (page 19). We are among them. ce-technology-fast-50-report-20…

For a young company in a specialized space like Software Asset Management, this placement underscores that the market is adopting our model, modular, automated, vendor-agnostic SAM done right.

Adrian in the Deloitte Studio with Ziarul Financiar

As part of this year’s programme, our CTO, Adrian Mihalache, was invited to the Deloitte Studio for a televised interview co-hosted by Deloitte and Ziarul Financiar, Romania’s leading business publication.

Adrian spoke about:

  • How Licenseware’s modular apps simplify complex enterprise licensing
  • The accelerating demand for automated compliance and vendor audit readiness
  • The growing shift away from monolithic SAM tools to open ecosystems
  • Our focus on building scalable IP rather than service-based SAM

The report repeatedly highlights the role of companies built on proprietary innovation rather than services making Adrian’s presence on that stage perfectly aligned with Deloitte’s selection criteria.

What This Means for Our Partners and Customers

This recognition validates several key strengths of Licenseware’s trajectory:

🤜💥 A product-led company with validated growth

Not consultancy. Not services. A real software platform growing fast, with audited numbers behind it.

🤜💥 A rising leader in enterprise IT cost optimization

SAM is becoming more strategic than ever, and our growth shows that enterprises are embracing modular automation.

🤜💥 Strengthened credibility in the global market

Being cited by Deloitte as a top emerging technology company reinforces trust with partners, investors, and large enterprises evaluating long-term SAM strategies.

Looking Ahead

Being included in Deloitte’s 2025 ranking is a milestone, but just the beginning.

In 2025, we’re doubling down on:

  • Expanding vendor coverage across the major software ecosystems
  • Strengthening integrations with enterprise ITSM, CMDB, and cloud platforms
  • Automating more of the audit and compliance lifecycle
  • Scaling our partner ecosystem across Europe, North America, and APAC

And above all: continuing to build the most flexible, modular, and accessible SAM platform in the world.

A big thank you to our customers, partners, and the entire Licenseware team.
And to Deloitte, we’re honoured to be among Central Europe’s most promising technology companies.

Onwards 🚀
